Bedford Selection Committee Training and Barbecue

Today I was in Bedford, I was asked to go and run a Selection Committee Training Session. Whilst not in the West Midlands I happily said yes as there are a number of people in Bedford I really like and it was also the Bedford Local Party annual barbecue which was more than tempting.

The Training went well, with attendees from Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and even Essex. The Barbecue was also good and an excellent opportunity to catch up with some friends and to see little Santiago for the second time. Santiago is the first son of my good friends Mel and Paul and I hope to see him on a very regular basis.
