Birmingham Yardley planning and development3.59.23pm BST (GMT +0100) Thu 14th Oct 2004 Last night I attended a meeting of the campaign team for the Birmingham Yardley Liberal Democrats. The meeting was the latest to review progress and plan for winning the seat at the General Election. Birmingham Yardley is one of the Liberal Democrats top targets needing a swing of only 4% from Labour at the General Election and the sitting MP - Estelle Morris has announced she will not be re-standing.
