Dinner in West Worcestershire

Last night I attended the West Worcestershire Liberal Democrat annual dinner in Malvern. Simon Hughes MP was the guest speaker, Tom Wells the Candidate for next year's General Election also spoke - both spoke very well.

About ninety people were present and it was a very enjoyable evening, it was good to see a number of people that I had been down and trained a few weeks earlier as well as friends that I had know for a number of years. The event certainly had the feel of a Local Party that was about to win in the General Election!

Special thanks to Julia and Roger Wildin who put me up after the dinner as the trains from Malvern stop far too early.
