Labour attacks as Nicola Davies re-selected for Hodge Hill6.00.00pm GMT Wed 10th Nov 2004 Last Saturday Nicola Davies was re-selected as the Liberal Democrat candidate for Hodge Hill. Labour's MP Liam Byrne has launched an astonishing attack on Nicola. His attack shows that he is obviously worried about losing his seat which he only just held, by 460 votes, in July against Nicola Davies in a supposedly safe seat where Labour had previously had a majority of over 11,500! The Summer's by-election was marred by Labour's dirty tricks it seems like the General Election will be too!
