Ukraine - The re-run of the Presidential Elections

Today I am flying to Ukraine, I am one of the 100 British election monitors for eh re-run of the Presidential Elections. Obvious I cannot comment on them in advance and will be strictly neutral. My task is to ensure the elections, on 26 December, are free and fair. This is the second time I have undertaken election monitoring, my first being in Kosovo for the 2001 elections. I will fly back on 29 December and will report on the trip and the elections then.
