No Weapons of Mass Destruction - what a suprise

I am trying not to say I told you so, but today it has emerged the US has stopped searching for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq - because there aren't any! Of course the existence of these Weapons of Mass Destruction were the very reason Blair and Bush took us to war. I said at the time, and say again, this war had no legal basis and Blair and Bush are war criminals. That by no means means I supported Saddam's regieme, but it means I opposed the war on the evidence given - for society to work it has based on the rule of law - this war was not legal.

One of the things I have found most amazing is that no politician has had to resign over war, the dodgy dossier, the death of Dr. Kelly and various cover-ups. Hopefully the British publish will ensure their voices are heard when Blair calls the General Election.

Yesterday, despite the new Freedom of Information Act the Attorney General stated that the Government would not release the legal advice on the war on Iraq! This is not unexpected but just adds up to why Blair and this Government must go.
