Yushchenko to be sworn in as Ukraine's new President

Today will see Victor Yushchenko sworn is as Ukraine's new President. Yushchenko beat Victor Yanukovich in the Boxing Day re-run of the Presidential elections, which I helped to monitor for OSCE. After being sworn in Yushchenko is planning to visit Russia and meet with President Putin.
