Liberal Democrat Spring Conference in Harrogate

Today was the first full day of the Liberal Democrats Spring Conference. It is always great to be at Conference, seeing old friends being a particular highlight. Todays highlight on the Agenda was Charles Kennedy's speech which certainly left me feeling in the right mood for the election.

I also spent a large amount of today (and will tomorrow) discussing a number of West Midlands seats with Ben Jephcott (West Midlands Campaigns Officer) and Hilary Stephenson (Deputy Director of Campaigns). I think we have almost everything in place for a very successful campaign.
