BNP Leader and founder, have been charged with inciting racial hatred8.47.23pm BST (GMT +0100) Thu 7th Apr 2005 Nick Griffin Leader of the British National Party and John Tyndall founder of the BNP have been charged with inciting racial hatred at party gatherings. This follows the BBC's infiltration of the BNP. Whilst I believe in freedom of speech and expression, I believe that must be within the law and if Griffin and Tyndall incited racial hatred, which I suspect they did, then they should be found guilty and sentenced accordingly.
