Last night I viewed another house, I have been looking on and off over the last year, but had to keep stopping what with various things coming along - mainly elections! Last night it was 54 Clifford Street's turn to be viewed.

54 Clifford Street is a three bedroom terrace, that was being offered for £90,000. The Estate Agent's described it as "An improved mid terraced residence situated within 1 mile of Wolverhampton City Centre. The property has been well maintained and improved by the present owners to include newly installed modern fitted kitchen, refurbished utility room, three good bedrooms together with a first floor bathroom."

I liked the property, it has many of its original features still, and would suit me very well. So this morning I bought it! That is right I bought it (at less than the asking price) and now await all the surveys and such like, but will hopefully be moving into my own house in a couple of months.
