Last night I viewed another house, I have been looking on and off over the last year, but had to keep stopping what with various things coming along - mainly elections! Last night it was 54 Clifford Street's turn to be viewed. 54 Clifford Street is a three bedroom terrace, that was being offered for £90,000. The Estate Agent's described it as "An improved mid terraced residence situated within 1 mile of Wolverhampton City Centre. I liked the property, it has many of its original features still, and would suit me very well. So this morning I bought it! That is right I bought it (at less than the asking price) and now await all the surveys and such like, but will hopefully be moving into my own house in a couple of months.
