Development Plan Training

Last night I met with Richard Stevens and Paul Brett, of Stone and Stafford Liberal Democrats respectively. I went through with them the Development Plan Training to enable them to start writing Development Plans for their local parties.

Development Plans help local parties establish where they are, where they would like to go and how to get there. They establish targets to work towards and go a long well to ensuring success in the future.
