LDYS Activate/Handover - Day Two

Today was the second full day of the LDYS Activate/Handover weekend. Today I concentrated on the Handover part of the training.

We kicked off with a session called "Dealing with difficult people" which is always a good idea! we then looked at SMART and prioritising and Development Plans. The rest of the afternoon was various committee meetings and also providing personal feedback to the Executive members assess what they have learnt.

All in all a very good weekend, it will be interesting to see how active the Activate participants become and how the Executive perform over the next year.
