Luxembourg says yes to the EU Constitution!

Luxembourg yesterday approved the EU Constitution in a referendum.This follows the rejections in France and the Netherlands suggesting it is not as dead as previously thought. There was 56.52% in favour of the EU Constitution.

I think the Constitution is still almost certainly dead in its current form but this does suggest there is a glimmer of hope. Of course if the Constitution is not ratified in its current form the EU still has a great opportunity to reform EU for the better.
