So Close: NO2ID campaign closes on 10,000 Supporter Target

The NO2ID pledge has now been signed by over 9,700 people, less than 300 short of it's target, just one month after it was started. That means that over £97,000 has been raised for a legal defence fund should the ID bill become law. I have signed the pledge and am urging others to do so as well.

The No2ID pledge reads:

"I will refuse to register for an ID card and will donate £10 to a legal defence fund but only if 10000 other people will also make this same pledge."

If you have not yet signed the pledge, you still can, make your pledge at http://www.pledgebank.com/refuse or by texting 'pledge refuse' to 60022.
