House chores

I slept in my new house for the first time last night and have had my first disaster, the toilet broke and we had a little flood at about 1am this morning! I managed to stop it there and then and the plumber has been out today!

The fridge-freezer was also delivered today and the first painting session begun in earnest. Tomorrow the double glazing salespeople will descend and give me quotes. Quite expensive this house owning malarkey.
