The incompetence of Telewest

Yesterday Telewest came and 'installed' my Cable/Broadband/Telephone package. Obviously they did a botch job as the Cable stopped working just a few hours after they left. After calling them (at least the phone worked!) they said someone would have to come out and repair it, but could not guarantee being after work, so they want me to take another day off - anyway they are supposed to be coming late on Thursday now so we shall see!
