As the election hots up in Park ward the crunch match came last night at the Newhampton Inn at the Labour Party quiz. We entered two teams (to their four) for a couple of hours of merry banter and happy jousting.

After the totals were totted up the Labour Agent's team won with one the Liberal Democrats in second place (just a few points behind). However I won one of the raffle prizes so we will call it a score draw!

We will be looking to avenge this on Thursday when the real contest takes place. I also had a interesting chat with the local Labour MP which I obviously won't be going in to on here!
