West Midlands Moving Forward9.18.00pm GMT Sat 7th Oct 2006
Today saw the third West Midlands Moving Forward day take place in Stoke-on-Trent. The main thrust of today's session was fund-raising and budgeting. We also looked at the importance of surveying. collecting data and what to do with that data and also did some thinking of how the AGMs will work this year. The next Moving Forward session will be at the Regional Conference in Shrewsbury at the end of October and will be on taking, and using, better photographs. In November the Regional Campaigns Committee will be reviewing progress of the seats so far and looking to see if any seats will be excluded from the 2007 programme - seats are most likely to be excluded if they are failing to attend or do the homework.
