Bedford Liberal Democrats have their Promise Auction next week - you can still bid to win me, well a day's campaigning from me anyway. I believe there is a three-figured bid either in or about to go in, I am sure I am worth it!

The other prizes include:

4 hours' envelope writing and/or stuffing

A weekend in a flat in York

A week in a house in Devon

A week in a house in Brittany (in May 07, not half term)

A Taxi to and from any London airport fro up to 4 people (I assume from Bedford!)

A Taxi to and from any London airport for up to 6 people, 5 if lots of baggage (Again I assume from Bedford)

Tour for 7 of the last Mackintosh House

2-hour watercolour painting lesson by a qualified teacher

An evening of kid-sitting (not baby-sitting!)

3-course dinner party for 6

Hand-knitted fluffy bolero for a girl of up to 10 years old
