Well I am officially worth £130! Bedford Liberal Democrats had their Promise Auction at the weekend. A day's worth of my campaigning time was sold for £130, cheap at twice the price if you ask me. I was bought by Mark Chapman of Sheffold in Bedfordshire.

Mark was our General Election candidate in Mid Bedfordshire at the last General Election and a locally Councillor. I have only met Mark a couple of times but he seems a good bloke and for one day, date to be arrange, he owns me. The good news is I know Sheffold has a good pub, because every time I go to Bedford I visit it's sister pub - I believe there are only two in the chain. Hopefully Mark just wants me to sit in the pub and drink real cider all-day...
