To AGM or not to AGM - A bad Shakespeare pun!

9.48.00pm GMT Wed 15th Nov 2006

So I left work early today to get over to Stratford-upon-Avon's AGM, I had planned it perfectly leaving enough time to get from New Street to Moor Street. Of course I didn't quite plan on the completely shoddy train service from Walsall to Birmingham. I got to Moor Street, was in the process of buying of ticket when the Stratford train arrived. As a result I couldn't catch the train and there wasn't another that would get me there in time. Apologies to everyone in Stratford - I hope your AGM went well and hope to see you soon.

I have had a lot of calls over the last few days from local parties about their AGM, some local parties have had some issues with passing various motions to do with the local party re-organisation - if anyone has any questions, please get in touch.

It almost topped off a horrible day, and then of course the train to Wolverhampton was the slowest ever....
