Hereford advertises

Hereford Liberal Democrats have advertised for Paul Keetch MP's replacement - It appeared in Friday's Liberal Democrat News (which I have only just received). Obviously this should attract many candidates - Paul is only the second Liberal Democrat MP to announce their retirement (the other being Mark Oaten). After boundary changes the new seat of Hereford and South Herefordshire has a notional Liberal Democrat majority of 1,297 votes.

The deadline for applications is Friday 5th January 2007. Applications are available from the Returning Officer - Jim Gosling.
