Councillor Martin Mullaney campaigning on Graffiti

Moseley and Kings Heath Liberal Democrat Councillor Martin Mullaney has been campaigning against graffiti in his ward, he now has a video on YouTube.

Martin was the Councillor who I put an opinion poll on age of responsibilities and rights up for. He wanted to see what people thought about the age for buying spray paint mainly. Interesting people were quite split, with 36.4% saying there should a common age of 16, 32.5% thought 18 and 22.1% thought there should be no one age.
