Play fair Nick

Nick Harvey MP and Tim Garden of the Liberal Democrat Foreign Affairs and Defence Parliamentary Team have written to all local party chairs outing why, in their opinion the Trident motion is a good thing and enclosed a number of "Focus on the future of Britain's Nuclear Deterrent."

Nothing wrong with that you might say but it would appear that the Party's Membership Department has produced the label. So my question is will the anti-motion be provided with labels (or a mailing) to give their side or are membership subs being spent to try and influence the membership on something that the 'Leadership' want to get passed at conference?

Having read their Focus I do object to them saying the proposed policy is progressive, responsible and rational. The implication is that opposing the policy are regressive, irresponsible and irrational (I am certainly not one, may accept one and would argue the other).
