Liberals win in Worcestershire

Last Thursday there was a by-election in the St. Chad's County Council Division of Worcestershire County Council. The by-election was caused by the sad death of Mike Oborski of the Liberals. The Liberals held the seat.

The full result:

Graham Ballinger - Liberal - 1059 votes

Conservative - 672 votes

Health Concern - 252 votes

Labour - 133 votes

Majority 387 votes

Turnout 28.77 %
