Not much changed in Walsall, the Liberal Democrats held both their seats that were up and made progress in Willenhall South. Labour lost three seats, one to the Independents, one to the Conservatives and one to the Democratic Labour Party.

The state of the parties is now 33 Conservatives, 18 Labour, 6 Liberal Democrats, 2 Independents, 1 Democratic Labour Party.
