Health Concern continue to do well, gaining a seat from Labour. Everyone else stayed the same so the Council remains in No Overall Control.

The new state of parties is Conservatives 18, Health Concern 10, Liberal 7, Labour 3, Liberal Democrats 2, Independents 2.
