Stoke-on-Trent results8.00.00am BST (GMT +0100) Sat 19th May 2007 Stoke saw Labour lose an additional four seats taken them down to 24 seats - its is not so long along since Labour held all 60 seats in Stoke! The Liberal Democrats gained two seats, both in Central constituency, the Independents won a seat and the BNP gained two seats. The Conservatives made no more advances in Stoke despite a good election elsewhere and Labour obviously unpopular. Related Link:View the Stoke-on-Trent results
