Sarah Carr in Hereford

I was back in Hereford today helping Liberal Democrat candidate Sarah Carr on her action day, it is always nice to be back and catch up with old friends and meet new campaigners.

We were out in the St. Nicholas ward in Hereford City this afternoon, and certainly had a good afternoon for it - the reception was good too!

Sarah has certainly hit the ground running since being selected, she has run the 'Green Switch' campaign, campaigned on the reduction/elimination of plastic bags, saving local Post Offices and affordable housing.

As always there is a debate raging about traffic in Hereford, the latest is the planned Rotherwas Relief Road has been halted due to an archaeological find - I'll try and find out more and report back next week.
