North Herefordshire and Rugby advertise

Both North Herefordshire and Rugby Liberal Democrats have now advertised for their Parliamentary candidates.

North Herefordshire (formally know as Leominster) is adjacent to the Liberal Democrat held seat of Hereford and South Herefordshire. Postal applicants should contact the Returning Officer, David Phillips at Waverley, Elmley Castle, Pershore, Worcestershire, WR10 3HS - he may be contacted by phone on 01386 710337 or by email at aberic@fastmail.fm for an application pack. Completed application must be received by the Returning Officer by midnight on 26 October.

Rugby potential applicants should contact the Returning Officer, Dr Napier Penlington, 2 Leighton Close, Coventry, CV4 7AE - he may be contacted by phone on 02476 419707 or by email at napierpenlington@compuserve.com for an application pack. Completed application must be received by the Returning Officer by 5pm on 5 November.
