EU Reform Treaty

An agreement on the EU Reform Treaty was made in the early hours of this morning. It is likely this will be the last institutional reforms for at least a decade and the treaty will hopefully result in a more dynamic and flexible European Union that will be able to move forward over the coming years.

There was of course last minute changes such as an extra seat in the European Parliament for Italy, delaying agreements for small countries and opt-outs for various countries.
