Although I rarely admit it there does appear to be other bits of the country apart from the West Midlands. One such place is London, its a slightly bigger city than Wolverhampton about 2 hours to the south, well it has a Mayoral election in May.

The Liberal Democrat Candidate is the superb Brian Paddick, former Deputy Assistant Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police. He has been backed by influential newspaper columnist and novelist Nirpal Dhaliwal.
