Liam Byrne - how many jobs?

In Gordon Brown's enforced reshuffle Birmingham Hodge Hill MP Liam Byrne was given yet another job.

He is taking on a role at the Treasury dealing with revenue protection, this is in addition to being in charge of Immigration, Minister for the West Midlands and of course (and I suspect lastly) MP for Birmingham Hodge Hill.

Is Liam that good he can do four jobs at the same time or are some of the jobs not getting as much time as they deserve?
