Newcastle-Under-Lyme advertise for a Parliamentary candidate8.00.00am UTC (GMT +0000) Tue 4th Mar 2008 The Local Party Executive of the Newcastle-Under-Lyme Liberal Democrats invites applications for selection as Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for the constituency of Newcastle-Under-Lyme. Recent success by Newcastle-Under-Lyme Liberal Democrats have resulted in Labour losing control of the local Borough Council. The Liberal Democrats presently share the administration of the Borough Council and are looking to duplicate the local success at national level. Potential applicants should contact the Returning Officer, Mr Henry Jebb, Endon Bank, Church Lane, Endon, Stoke-on-Trent, ST9 9HF, 01782 503615 or handchebb@cix.co.uk for an application pack. Completed applications must be received by the Retuning Officer by 5pm on 29 March 2008.
