Conservative Councillor defects to the Liberal Democrats in Cannock Chase

Conservative Councillor Lisa Pearce has defected to the Liberal Democrats in Cannock Chase. This brings the number of Liberal Democrat Councillors to 14, there are 9 Conservatives and 17 Labour Councillors.
