Zimbabwe delays suggest Mugabe and Zanu PF are up to no good

Unlike in previous elections in Zimbabwe the Electoral Commission is not issuing the results as they have been collected. They did declare some and then mysteriously stopped - could it be that Mugabe and Zanu PF have lost by too big a margin to cover-up this time?

Some reports are suggesting Morgan Tsvangirai has won 55% of the vote with Mugabe trailing on about 35%.
