Conservatives hold in Old Gore

The Conservative party held in the Old Gore by-election in Herefordshire last night. Jo Lane and the Liberal Democrats did receive a swing of 6.71% to them on massive turnout (for a local government by-election) of 46%

The full result:

Conservative - 422 votes

Independent - 401 votes

Jo Lane - Liberal Democrat - 241 votes

Green - 49 votes
