Lunch in Alvechurch

A group of us travelled to The Red Lion in Alvechurch this afternoon for a surprise birthday lunch for our friend John.

Alvechurch is only 25 minutes from Birmingham City centre by train and the Red Lion is a great pub (and very popular), the food was great and I would certainly recommend it for an afternoon out.

Afterwards we went back to John's and watch Spain win the football - all in all a good day!
