Conservative Watford candidate admits to 75 offences12.59.10pm UTC (GMT +0000) Tue 5th Aug 2008 I mentioned strange goings on in Watford the other day, well it appears Ian Oakely, who was the Conservative candidate, has pleaded guilty to five charges of criminal damage and two of harrasment. He also asked for 68 other offences to be taken into account, making a total of 75 offences.
