My local party - Wolverhampton South West is inviting applications for the selection as Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for the General Election.
Wolverhampton South West Liberal Democrats are a growing local party, are members of the West Midlands Moving Forward Programme, winners of the Penhaligon Award at this year's conference, and the Albert Ingham Award in 2007.
At the 2005 General Election we increased our share of the vote by 5% and have since won two Council seats and hope to add to this at the next set of local elections (in 2010).
