Franken Declared the Winner in Minnesota

Finally, the Senate election in Minnesota appears to be over!

The Minnesota canvassing board has declared Democrat Al Franken the winner. Outgoing Senator Norm Coleman has had his suit with the state Supreme Court thrown out, Coleman has vowed to contest the election with another suit.
