Franken finally wins in Minnesota

The three Judge panel convened for the Minnesota Senate Election have ruled that Democrat Al Franken had more valid votes cast for him than Republican rival Norm Coleman.

It is likely that Coleman will appeal the decision, so this still may not be over yet!
