The West Midlands European Election Result

Below is the result of the European Election in the West Midlands, I'll post the other regions later in the week. Fortunately, unlike the North West and Yorkshire and the Humber we did not elect the BNP. We ended up with two Conservatives, two UKIP, one Labour and one Liberal Democrat.
Electorate 4,056,370 - turnout 1,413,036
Conservative 396,847 votes, 28.1% +0.7%
UK Independence Party 300,471 votes, 21.3% +3.8%
Labour 240,201 votes, 17.0% -6.4%
Liberal Democrats 170,246 votes, 12.0% -1.7%
British National Party 121,967 votes, 8.6% +1.1
Green Party 88,244 votes, 6.2% +1.1%
English Democrat 32,455 votes, 2.3% +2.3%
Christian Party-Christian Peoples Alliance 18,784 votes 1.3% +1.3%
Socialist Labour Party 14,724 votes, 1.0% +1.0%
No2EU 13,415 votes, 0.9% +0.9%
Jury Team 8,721 votes, 0.6% +0.6%
Libertas 6,961 votes, 0.5% +0.5%
