IPhones are great but Apple less so4.20.55pm GMT Sun 22nd Nov 2009 I have had an iPhone for about a year, and like all iPhone owners I love it. It sounds terrible to say the iPhone has changed my life, but it is true I now effectively carry a computer on me - read much more online, update websites, tweet and do lots of other stuff on the go. A little while ago I dropped it and a couple of lines appeared on the screen, certainly not the end of the world, so as I was in Birmingham I booked a slot at the Apple store to have a new phone. Apart from their awful appointment system they were very helpful and it took a few minutes but they managed to erase all my phones data, from phone numbers to my calendar. I have got most of the phone numbers back and will be contacting people to get the rest, but not so with the calendar. So if you think I am meeting you or doing something in the new couple of months, chances are I may not be as I often have so many things on I really rely on the calendar. If you think we are meeting or I am doing something for you please get in touch to confirm!
