Wolverhampton Liberal Democrats call for the end of Council Tax

Colin Ross, Robin and Lexi Lawrence campaign against the Council Tax bombshell

Wolverhampton Liberal Democrat Councillor Robin Lawrence will be moving a motion calling for Council Tax to be scrapped at tonight's Council meeting.

Robin has submitted a motion asking that "This Council calls for an end to the current system of Council Tax and for this to be replaced by a Local Income Tax."

Robin said "It is time that we ended this unfair tax and move to a fair form of taxation."
